Overview
The Breckenridge Brewery and Pub is the fulfillment of founder Richard Squire's dream: a place where people could spend the day skiing or hiking and then enjoy an evening of fine beers and good wholesome food. Squire's micro-brew creations became an instant hit with the brewery opening in 1990, serving beers that couldn't be found anywhere else.
Much to the satisfaction and pleasure of beer lovers, the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub is continuing Squire’s traditional brews. His original and unique recipes led to the opening of a second brewery and pub in the state capital of Denver, drawing in a larger following and worldwide recognition.
Visitors can savor fine pub fare with a selection of daily specials, seafood, pasta, sandwiches, burgers and desserts. Set within the brewery area, beer lovers can shop at the brewery’s on-site shop, taking home the micro-brewed beers or the limited quantity small-batch beers that are available in Breckenridge.
